tightening the pedals

• Ask someone to assist
• Use a 15mm spanner with long handle
• Remember that the pedals have opposite threads!
• Turn the left pedal anticlockwise to tighten, tuen the right pedal clcokwise to tighten
• Move the left pedal to position as on fig1
• Ask your assistant to keep the bike stable and squeeze the brakes
• Use a fair amount of force (about 25kgs) to push the spanner down (anticlockwise)
• Move over to the right pedal as in fig 2
