Common Questions
How long does the battery last?
Around 5 years / 700β1,000 charge cycles. Capacity gradually diminishes β when it drops below 75%, it's time to replace. The more you ride, the better the battery retains its capacity.
Why can't you be precise about range?
Range depends heavily on terrain, speed, headwind, and rider input. On flat roads a bike needs 10β12Wh per mile. A 36V 10AH battery (360Wh) gives roughly 30β36 miles on the flat. Allow at least 25% leeway if commuting through traffic.
How do I know the battery is fully charged?
Leave on charge until the charging light goes green and stays green for 5 minutes.
