What's Covered
- ✓Manufacturing defects causing electrical failure
- ✓Motor and controller failures
- ✓Battery performance issues
- ✓Display and control system faults
- ✓Frame and fork defects
- ✓Component failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
- ✗Normal wear and tear
- ✗Damage from accidents or misuse
- ✗Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- ✗Consumable parts after 28 days (tyres, brakes pads, etc.)
- ✗Cosmetic damage
- ✗Batteries after 2 years (separate battery warranty)
Battery Warranty
2 Years / 500 Cycles
Covers capacity loss below 80% within the first 2 years or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
How to Claim
- Call 01702 684444 or email support@wooshbikes.co.uk with your bike details and issue description.
- We'll guide you through troubleshooting or arrange collection and inspection.
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Important Notes
- ✓Warranty valid for original owner only — proof of purchase required
- ✓All warranty work must be carried out by Woosh Bikes or authorised dealers
- ✓Warranty does not cover shipping costs
- ✓Warranty is valid for UK riding only and cannot be extended
- ✓Warranty is transferable to a secondhand purchaser
