- βComponent failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
- βNormal wear and tear
- βDamage from accidents or misuse
- βModifications or unauthorised repairs
- βConsumable parts after 28 days (tyres, brakes pads, etc.)
- βCosmetic damage
- βBatteries after 2 years (separate battery warranty)
Battery Warranty
2 Years / 500 Cycles
Covers capacity loss below 80% within the first 2 years or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
How to Claim
- Call 01702 684444 or email support@wooshbikes.co.uk with your bike details and issue description.
- We'll guide you through troubleshooting or arrange collection and inspection.
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Important Notes
- βWarranty valid for original owner only β proof of purchase required
- βAll warranty work must be carried out by Woosh Bikes or authorised dealers
- βWarranty does not cover shipping costs
- βWarranty is valid for UK riding only and cannot be extended
- βWarranty is transferable to a secondhand purchaser
