Mail Order Support
Problems are rare — but when they occur, we're here. Mechanical issues (punctures, cables, spokes) are identical to a standard bike and easily handled locally. Electrical faults are less common still, and many are surprisingly simple to fix.
If we can't resolve it remotely, we collect, repair, and return your bike — usually within 3 days. We typically respond to email queries within an hour or two on weekdays.
