What to Expect
- iElectric bikes weigh 18–27kg — heavier than standard bikes.
- iiMore maintenance than standard bikes: tyres, fixings, chains, and battery care year-round. Do not store outside.
- iiiSome assembly required on receipt (front wheel, pedals, handlebars) — about 30 minutes.
- ivPedalling is required. Throttle (if fitted) should only aid starting or climbing hills.
- vSpeed under electrical assistance is legally limited to 15.5 mph.
- viIf you are heavy or have very steep hills, the bike may not fully meet expectations.
- viiRange varies by rider weight, style, hills, wind, and battery age.
Returns
You may return a bike un-ridden or ridden within 14 days. It must be packaged exactly as delivered and returned at your expense.
If the bike has been ridden, £100 is deducted from the refund as it can only be resold secondhand. We can arrange collection — ask us for a price.
Photograph the bike and carton before returning to avoid any disputes over damage.
Delivery
Large bikes ship via Tuffnells; small folding bikes via Interlink. Free to UK mainland (remote Scottish Highlands excepted).

Tuffnells cannot track, time, or call ahead. You must be in all day on the agreed delivery date. Re-delivery costs £17.50.

Limited Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the bike or part. Our terms expressly exclude indirect and consequential loss, injury or hardship as a result of electrical or mechanical breakdown, accident, or a faulty part.
